Skills include Gorilla Curls, Kettlebell Windmill, Kettlebell Thrusters
A deadlift combined with a spiraled curl, and an introduction to explosive movement. Imagine zipping up a long coat from bottom to top. You'll feel the movement mostly in your glutes, lats, and biceps.
A combination of a squat and a press, your goal being to put the bell overhead with your legs. You will feel the movement in your glutes, shoulder muscles, and triceps.
A terrific shoulder stabilization move. Put your legs into a triangle, press the bell overhead, and slide your hand down your front leg and stick your butt back. You'll feel your lats stabilize, as well as a stretch in your hamstrings on the way down, and your glutes on the way up.
