COURSE OVERVIEW

6 weeks: 12 fitness classes, 6 nutritional workshops

Small groups (10 people max)

Start by doing an Inbody scan, followed by a 10-day cleanse

After your cleanse, we create your new nutritional guidelines.

Fitness workouts include fundamental mobility techniques, strength training, and endurance sessions, progressing to high intensity interval training and performance drills.

Meet 1x week, 30 mins

10 Day nutrition cleanse + nutrition guidelines + personal food logs

Weekly phone call for nutrition accountability

FITNESS CLASSES

Meet 2x week, 55 mins

Develop a fitness program and foundation to progress beyond the course
