JBodyworks a team of coaches who work together to provide the best possible training experience for each of our clients.

Every one of our coaches has different expertise, so we leverage each other’s strengths to help guide the best results for each client.

Even when you choose 1-on-1 coaching, we work together as a team to get you where you want to go.


1-on-1 Training

For those who are recovering from an injury, or who want to address very specific goals within their training, 1-on-1 coaching would be for you.

Typical Training Regimen

  • Each session = 1 hour

  • Select from packages of 8 sessions or 24 sessions.

  • You will meet 2-3 times per week (a minimum of 8 sessions per month).

  • Depending on your goals and progress over time, your coach may adjust your program toward more semi-private training or group courses – and use 1-on-1 sessions only for key assessments and to check-in with you.

CREATING YOUR PROGRAM

  • After you book your consultation, if we determine that 1-on-1 is right for you, we’ll create a personalized program based on your goals, and the neural profile we’ve started to build for you.

  • Your coaching program will be completely unique. And at the end of each 1-on-1 session, you will have 3-5 drills and bodyweight exercises for homework that we’ll ask you to work on between sessions.

  • Throughout your training, we continue monitoring you, through eye, ear, and sensory drills and assessments – and we adjust our training accordingly.


Semi-Private Training

Semi-private coaching is perfect for most of our clients – You have fitness goals you want to achieve, you’re motivated by training in smaller groups, and you have some flexibility in your schedule. With Semi-Private, we stagger training for a session, so each client can maintain their personal program and receive individualized coaching within the group

Typical Training Regimen

  • Each session = 1 hour

  • Select from packages of 8 sessions or 24 sessions.

  • You will meet 2-3 times per week (a minimum of 8 sessions per month).

  • The way Semi-Private works, you train for 1 hour in a small, staggered group of no more than 5 people. We stagger everyone’s training by 15 minutes over the course of 2 hours: So, for instance, you will train from 8-9am, but the next person will be 8:15am - 9:15am. By doing this, it allows our coaches to create personalized training regimens for each client and monitor and coach you throughout – technically training you “together” and allowing for efficiency within our process.
