NASM Certified • USAW Level 1 • Z-Health Certified

As a lifelong athlete, Laura has participated in many different sports…and also had her fair share of injuries as a result. After a hip flexor injury from a half marathon, Laura discovered the world of Z-health, neuro-based movements, and leveraging rehab for injury/surgery prevention. In the process, she quickly fell in love with strength training and Olympic weightlifting, and now Laura is Olympic Weightlifting Level 1 certified, and also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

Prior to coaching, Laura spent time in the corporate world, at small startups, mid-to-large-sized companies, and also in venture capital. After years in those spaces, she now spends her days helping others (including all those desk warriors!) in moving better, strength training, improving posture, and valuing and loving the body they are in. As a recovering techie, mother, and member of the LGBTQ+ community, Laura is passionate about helping people from all different walks of life.

She is committed to making exercise approachable, enjoyable, and sustainable for the long haul.
