Performance Coach • NASM Certified • Z-Health R Phase

Being an active, strong, and healthy woman has always been an integral part of Fiona’s identity. However, after a successful 4-year career as an NCAA Division 1 Rower at UCLA, she struggled with the transition to life after sport. Suffering from various overuse injuries, pain, over exercising, body dysmorphia, undereating, and anxiety, she realized that these behaviors would result in serious long-term health consequences. Fiona shifted her focus to longevity and sustainability - how could she move as freely as possible and without pain for the majority of her life? More importantly, how could she foster human connection and empower others through movement?

With past sports experience coaching volleyball, rowing camps, and other team members, as well as public health coaching; personal training spoke to Fiona’s desire to help others and to her lifelong curiosity and passion for movement, and health & wellness. Fiona’s commitment as a performance coach is to make movement accessible and enjoyable for individuals so they can live daringly and excel in all areas of their lives.
