In your free consultation, you and your coach will determine if this is the right path for you, decide on your specific training regimen, and outline the goals we want to meet together.

Depending on your progress, your coach will adjust your program over time. This could mean you move toward more semi-private training, using 1-on-1 sessions only for key assessments and check-ins.
