Personalized Training in Small Groups

Semi-private training is perfect for most of our clients:

You have fitness goals you want to achieve, you’re motivated by training in smaller groups, and you have some flexibility in your schedule. With semi-private, we stagger training for a session, so each client can maintain their personal program and receive individualized coaching within the group.

HOW IT WORKS: You train for 1 hour, and we stagger everyone’s training in the group by 15 minutes over the course of 2 hours. So, for instance, you would train from 8-9am, but the next person would be 8:15-9:15am.

In your consultation, you and your coach will determine if semi-private coaching is the right path for you, decide on your specific training regimen, and outline the goals you want to meet. Depending on your progress, your coach will adjust your program over time.
